It is expected of all student to attend the classes in which they have been registered . Inexcusable absence for more than 30% of the class material will result in the loss of credit for that matter . An exception of 70% can be made if the absence is for an acceptable reasons , and if the student is available to meet the requirements for the subject in matter. (Ex. , By completing additional assignments and / or work in the field of ministry). It will be at the discretion of the faculty to grant or refute this privilege. Grant or refute this privilege, it will be at the discretion of the faculty and / or instructor.

NTCI and Directors advise the student with absences to maintain acceptable attendance , and try to solve the problem. In the case were the students continues to unsatisfactorily attend classes the board will seem fit to see it as a basis for dismissal . Readmission may be admitted if the student can demonstrate to the academic board that the problem has been resolved. No specific assistance is required for students of correspondence, but as always personal discipline in the daily study is very essential.

Worship

Each student is expected to be Active in worship. It is through the life of the church that our character  can change if we have issues to address. Instead of reacting to others, the student needs to act on the Word of God. Each student is expected to keep his testimony of experiences in the church and Christian service for the Lord. We children of God should freely express praise with a grateful heart .

Courses

Several subjects will be given to students, depending on the course the student is enrolled . The subjects can be exposed by, questions to be answered, multiple choice tests , work by ministerial experience , etc.

Some subjects will be mandatory. Failure to successfully complete a course may result in loss of credit for that particular class. Other courses may be optional but may affect the percentage of your degree if not completed.

Finances

Payment of  Registration in any program of  NTCI is NON-refundable . Classes , Credit re-validation , and textbooks are non-refundable. If the student is affected personally by financial difficulties, if a problem develops concerning policies , procedures or any other aspect of the university, the student should consult our faculty immediately. The student should not allow problems to grow and be unbearable. The faculty should be contacted , especially if the student is contemplating leaving college. We are ready and eager to do everything possible to ensure that the students be successful in their preparation for ministry.

Differences

NO students is expected to agree with everything that is taught in NTCI. The student as always are expected to treat the views of any member of the faculty and / or fellow students with respect. If there is disagreement about something that is taught, the student must listen openly giving attention to what the Holy Spirit might be saying. The student must not expect the Holy Spirit to speak to everyone in the same way, or guide each in the same direction. The Holy Spirit has multiple plans and diversities that exist in the church. There is much we can learn from each other. In subjects the student will be free to express their views, but at other times required to manifest understanding of alternative views, which differ in opinion and personal beliefs. It is important that the student follow the instructions all the time in the preparation of subjects. Students are motivated to ask questions. Usually the response of the faculty and / or instructor needs to be accepted (even if the answer is in conflict with the position of the student). Teaching and continuous dialogue is part of the educational program, the student is encouraged to use the faculty mentor to develop understanding, knowledge and wisdom.
