At the age of 15 , Jose Gutierrez realized his colleagues would make impulsive decisions. When he realized that they had to live with the consequences of their decisions, he was motivated to dedicate his life to helping youth make wise decisions. From the formation of NTCI Jose Gutierrez has been part of the vision, and a dedicated director with faculty in and out of the USA.

As a “representative of God”, I am here to bring to unto the Lord the afflictions of people in need. As a chaplain I have to be attentive to hear the problems and fears of people in need, share their joy and hope and lift them if they fall. By demonstrating my dedication they feel the love of God flowing through me.
